One of the most difficult daily tasks is the optimum and correct handling of incoming goods, their registration, and preparation for further processes, be it production or sales. The IKON ERP Purchasing module supports the entire purchasing process, from the creation of requirements, through the request for offer process, to the creation of purchase orders. It takes into account minimum stock levels and generates an electronically approvable automatic purchase order, eliminating the need for continuous monitoring of stock lists. The module can manage supplier partner quotations. To handle discrepancies and quality problems during the receipt of goods, the receipt can be assigned with unique lot identifiers so that a simple return of goods can be generated from a problematic delivery.

The business logic of IKON ERP® is decoupled from the direct database connection thanks to the technology we use, and the database structures we build adapt to the database manager you want, giving the system the freedom to work on different databases without modification or problems.
A fully standardized middle layer has been built around the core system. This allows the system to be quickly and efficiently connected to other systems or platforms, such as manufacturing, business decision preparation systems, mobile interfaces and applications, web solutions, data warehouses, or payroll software.
We use an agile methodology, so that the project can be closely monitored throughout its duration and flexibly adapted to the impulses received from the client.
The system is genuinely designed to operate on-prem, where data security may be directly handled by the organization itself. Nevertheless, private cloud and SaaS solutions are also available, if that suits a company better.

In order to ensure that IKON ERP can confidently stand its ground in such a multinational market environment, whether it is a Hungarian company with foreign employees or an international subsidiary with books in Hungary, we have developed it with flexibility in mind and the ability to handle these events in a professional manner.
In the IKON ERP system, general ledger accounting is also possible in currencies other than HUF. The system is able to track and convert foreign currency exchange rates.
